Biography of Our Principal: Dr. Malika Boucif

Dr. Malika Boucif is a distinguished educational leader with over 27 years of experience in international education, dedicated to fostering academic excellence, innovation, and holistic student development. As the Principal of Mohammed Bin Khalid Al Nahyan Generations School, she brings a wealth of expertise in curriculum design, teacher training, and strategic leadership 

Dr. Boucif is has  Doctorate of Education in Emerging Technologies from Edgewood University, USA, reflecting her commitment to integrating cutting-edge tools such as Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, and gamified learning into the classroom. Her academic credentials also include a Master of Education in Leadership, Management, and Policy from The British University in Dubai (in association with the University of Birmingham, UK), a School Leadership License from the UAE, and a BA in English Language Teaching and Literature. 

Under her leadership, the school has strengthened its alignment with national and international standards, and international accreditation frameworks such as Cognia. Dr. Boucif has spearheaded initiatives to enhance bilingual instruction, promote UAE national identity, and embed 21st-century skills across the curriculum. Her data-driven approach to instruction has led to significant improvements in student outcomes.
